The PRP & PRF Facelift is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that involves injecting PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) into the tissue around the face, neck, hands, and other areas. This regenerative procedure utilizes plasma obtained via blood draw from the patient that is then placed in a centrifuge. The spinning of the sample allows us to obtain the platelet-rich plasma or fibrin from the sample where the largest percentage of growth factors reside. Platelets contain numerous growth factors which help stimulate collagen growth and tissue regeneration and help increase blood circulation. With little to no downtime, the PRP & PRF Facelift will help reduce facial wrinkles, and scars, brighten your skin and create an amazing youthful glow.

What’s the first step?

What to Expect on the Day of PRP & PRF Facelift

It starts with a simple blood draw. We take that blood and put it into a centrifuge that separates the red blood cells from the platelets. These platelets contain all of your growth factors. After being injected the platelets will start to regenerate the tissue in about 2 weeks, although some have noticed it sooner, and continue to regenerate for up to 6 months. The effects of the platelets can last up to two years depending on the patient. This is a very safe procedure with virtually no side effects since you are utilizing materials from your own body.

What is the downtime?

There is very little downtime. Some clients may experience some swelling for approximately 1-3 days. Some may experience some bruising, but this is rare. You should expect more youthful and healthy-looking skin. Also, expect tissue repair and growth in all areas where the platelets were placed. You should experience tightening and thickening of the skin along with wrinkle reduction. Your skin texture will appear smoother. Most clients report an increased vibrancy and glow to their skin. At Seychelles want to make sure that the PRP & PRF Face Lift® is the right procedure for you. In our initial consultation, we will look at what things you wish to improve and create an aesthetic plan to help you achieve all your skincare goals.
